Inning football game ends in brawl

My second story in today's edition of The Oakland Press, is something you probably won't find anywhere else. Saturday I covered the first real game of football played under the inning format, just like in baseball.

Similar to the real sport, the only difference in this game was that time wasn't kept, and teams had an equal number of possessions (aka half-innings). From the press box it seemed like a normal game of football, with the innings really only taking effect near the end of the second half, however the game's ending is while many of you will continue to read this clip.

Unfortunately for the game's organizer, it came to an end in a bench clearing brawl. Fortunately for me, I got a great story from the event.
