Heading home again

Dear reader,

The car is packed and the rooms empty, tomorrow begins what some would call summer vacation. This will bring an end to the BG News and Inside Hockey story segment of this blog for the next couple months. However be sure to check in and look for stories from my summer internship at the Oakland Press.

In addition to posting my usual collections of clippings I'll be attempting to update this blog with my thoughts on the current sports, political, or whatever spectrum I wish to publish my thoughts on. I'll also be attempting to improve the user to publisher (me) interaction on this blog, so feel free to comment, send me an email (sean.c.shapiro@gmail.com) or vote in one of the polls I soon will be publishing. While this blog will continue to remain mainly a professional focus I'll also be trying to keep up with my Twitter account (twitter.com/seanshapiro) to keep people updated on happenings with in my non-professional life.
